helpful staff fresh fruit
The staff was helpful, and check-in went smoothly. Breakfast offered fresh fruit. The bedroom was very clean. I liked that the hotel was nicely decorated.
The room lacked air conditioning. I found the room very hot, especially facing west.

The location was very convenient. I could easily walk to the city center and use the nearby metro. the hotel had a modern aesthetic with classic decorative touches. the front desk staff was friendly and allowed me to check in early and also granted me an hour extra at check out.
the walls felt somewhat thin, so i could occasionally hear noise from the hallway.

missing air conditioning inadequate cleaning
The shower was good.
The room I had lacked air conditioning, something I found quite uncomfortable. I also discovered the housekeeping wasn't thorough. I found a previous guest's item under the bed. Noise from the hallway disturbed my sleep as well.
